Wellness Circles

Wellness Circles meet weekly, providing a support system and promoting accountability for like-minded people to learn and make life style changes together.

At each meeting, attendees exchange and discuss headlining wellness news, articles, studies and books. Helpful and accurate information is shared with others and highlights include guest speakers, potluck dinners, and cooking demonstrations and recipes. Attendees discuss their own progress and concerns on their personal journey to wellness and both receive and give help and emotional support to others. While expanding their knowledge, Wellness Circle attendees also learn accountability and discipline.

Participants receive membership to Wellness Foundation’s interactive online Wellness Community, where they can gain further support, ask questions, and receive answers from trained staff – via e-mail or telephone.

Participants also receive discounted book prices on required reading materials.
